Monster Fitness and Wellness

Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 26, 2025

Monster Fitness and Wellness ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") offers personal training sessions, packages, wellness coaching, and related services ("Services"). All sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds except as outlined below or required by applicable law.

General Policy

  • Single sessions, session packages, and subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Unused sessions or packages expire as specified at purchase (typically but not always, 12 months from purchase date). No refunds or extensions for expired sessions.

  • No refunds for no-shows, late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice), or partial use of packages.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Medical reasons (with physician documentation verifying inability to participate).

  • Relocation outside a reasonable service area (with proof).

  • Other extenuating circumstances, at the Company's sole discretion. Approved refunds will be prorated for unused Services only.

Compliance with State Laws

We comply with applicable consumer protection laws in the states where we may serve clients:

  • West Virginia: No specific statute requires refunds for personal training services beyond general consumer protection. Our policy aligns with West Virginia Consumer Credit and Protection Act principles by clearly disclosing terms upfront.

  • Pennsylvania: Under the Pennsylvania Health Club Act, certain cancellation and refund rights apply if facilities are unavailable (e.g., closed for over 30 days). Personal training services may not fully fall under this Act, but we will honor prorated refunds if Services cannot be provided due to extended unavailability.

  • New York: New York General Business Law Article 30 (Health Club Services) provides specific rights for health club contracts, including cooling-off periods, cancellations for medical/disability/relocation reasons, and refunds within specified timelines. While primarily for facility-based memberships, we extend similar protections: Clients may request cancellation and prorated refunds for qualifying reasons (e.g., medical inability, relocation). Refunds, if approved, will be issued within 10 business days.

If you believe you qualify for a refund under any state law, contact us in writing with supporting documentation. We reserve the right to verify claims.

How to Request a Refund

Submit requests in writing via email or mail, including your name, purchase details, reason, and documentation. We will respond within 14 days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
